NAME got startled by something one day and ran for a very long time. Wolf-shifted, it was hard to keep track of why he’d started running, and even more so where he would go back to if he wanted to stop. Eventually, the hard ground hurt his paws, and the surroundings grew hostile, and he managed to slow himself enough to try to think. But it wasn’t - still isn’t - in his nature to think; he reacts. And now, with nothing to react to, he drifts aimless through the woods, dragon to wolf to dragon again as the moon passes overhead, slowly and equally dispassionate.
