2024/02/24 7.5kT via. bought to scratch the Want New Lizard itch what can I say

rotating dragon #10! unnamed on purchase, and to keep up the unintended L theme (Lylas 6, Laharin 7, Loch 9), threw a dart at the mental dictionary.

lore thought: Mechanic, no-nonsense & mildly stubborn. A “do as I say, not as I do” type of fae who’ll bark orders (in a monotone, tired voice) whilst chugging a cup of dragon-coffee and not lifting a finger. In her defense, she fixes robots, so it’s not like she doesn’t work at all. She does, however, work at night, so good luck ever seeing what she does!
At any rate, someone has to keep those lazy sandsurges in line.

(could use some cyan around the frills/wings maybe?)
