Ice Department Yeah, this is the Ice Department. Nominally. Everyone knows Polaris and her adopted kids are really the ones in charge of relations with Ice. Icilyn has basically been kicked upstairs at this point, but given that she was largely considered unreliable anyway it's not a bad thing. Naturally, to remedy this (and because she's lazy), Polaris pulled a couple of strings and called in a favour from Khione, who agreed to take over the Ice Department with Prismatis' permission.

- Extremely good at her job. Rules and regulations are her jam. Knows all of the Department's rules by heart. Strict on policies; will not bend at all. More on the conservative and traditional side. Trying to keep everything under control to get some semblance of order back. The world is very black and white to her. A bit of a workaholic.
- Has a freezing aura around her, and is extremely cold to the touch, even in the height of summer. Cold enough that non-Ice dragons she comes in contact with are instantly burned by her chill, getting terrible frostbite if they touch her for more than a second. All humidity in the air instantly freezes on her, which she finds mildly annoying, but she's used to it. Leaves trails of ice in her wake; dragons have to be careful to not slip and fall. If she stays still for too long (including sleeping), she tends to be frozen in place by the ice surrounding her; it's why she tends to keep moving around a lot.
