Despite her father's reassuring words, growing up, Mizer has always thought herself the ugliest of Asterales' first nest. Instead of trying to find ways to love herself, she avoids the topic for now, instead focusing on other beautiful things in life. Her subject of choice? Bugs! Sure, they aren't beautiful to most dragons, but she hopes that by finding beauty in them, she can one day find beauty in herself.

Learning of some relatives living somewhere near the border of Plague and Water, Mizer set out to find them. Supposedly, the clan had a dragon interested in bugs, just like her! She simply had to meet this dragon. She said goodby to her mother, father, and siblings, and took off, for the first time completely on her own. She flew westward for what felt like days to such a young child, but at last she reached her destination.
