Radiate

-Also known as the "Name Eater". A nickname that's pretty literal seeing as how he literally eats names.
-A mysterious being (executioner) that has the ability to consume the names of beings and things. After consuming them, the very concept of the being/name disappears. He's usually only brought out when things get...extremely dire as it's considered a fate worst than death to have your name eaten.
-Not much is known about him, as he's not talked about much...its almost taboo to mention him. His true name has been forgotten by time, and fear has buried it.
-Despite the fear his title invokes, he's not that scary. Jokes about doing horrible things to people, but isn't really that malicious. Seems to enjoy people's fear in a way, or at least finds it funny. Weak to naive/innocent people, and hates seeing people actually cry. He keeps people at a distance, which is super easy for him because of what he is.
-Lives in a cave in the mountain like the lonely loner he is. Everyone's too scared to bother him for anything besides when his power is needed. He's good at providing for himself, so he doesn't need deliveries. His clothes, shelter and weapons are all handmade; and he hunts for his own food.
-Has lived in this way for so long, he's not sure how to do anything else. So he doesn't. Once disguised himself to go out and explore, but was exposed when he saved some people and his face was revealed. Ever since then, he doesn't make any other attempts.
-Should probably explain that - but he has a face marking that everyone knows. He's unable to hide it with makeup because it glows; as if to brand him.
-He's not sure himself what he is. His memories are hard to recall, and he doesn't try to remember the past too much. It doesn't matter to him what he is though, he's just himself.
-Not entirely unhappy with his life, just doesn't know what it is that he wants to do.
-The oldest Gods treat him with reverence and fear, and are especially tight-lipped about his origins.
