Rosula is a resident craftsman in Hecuba's clan, specializing in gem-setting and the creation of fine jewelry. Though she has somewhat more refined tastes than that of her clanmates, she's a friendly dragon who sees a lack of luster as simply the potential to be pretty. Many of her clanmates wear her work -- Rhiannon, Brighid, and Whistler, to name a few -- but she considers Absolem to be the best model for her best work. She's also constantly coming up with new pieces for Shoga in an attempt to help her feel better about herself, but hasn't had much luck so far.
Though it's unclear whether she realizes it, Rosula is also a fence for Lugurios, Brandy, and Silas, happily accepting whatever stolen wares they bring her and refashioning them into new, beautiful pieces to be moved along to new buyers. It's an efficient system. She finds a lot of clients at Cortessa's tea house.
