Buoy is a man of business, negotiation, and punctuality. After getting word that many objects of his... personal interest had passed through the hands of a certain ship, Buoy took care to place himself nearer to the action. It's harder, naturally, to keep up with he same clients while endlessly on the move, so he tends to be more... opportunistic in his ventures, while aiding the crew on the side with their own ventures.
