(In)frequently asked questions
No one has ever asked any of these, but it seems like a nifty format to get the "how should you interact with me onsite" information established. If you're looking for general paragraph-form info about me, inquire here.

-Can I ping you?
Yes. I follow every thread I make, but I don't mind pings regardless.

-Can I quote you?
Yes, either in forum posts or in your dragon or clan bios if I compliment them.

-Can I comment on your profile?
Yes for short questions, comments, and utterances. If you want to have an extended conversation with me, please do it via PM.

-Can I PM you?
Yes, it's my preferred form of communication for anything which doesn't fit into one of my forum posts.

-Can I message you about non-FR stuff?
If you want to talk about shared interests or discuss art or characters, go ahead. If you want to vent, ask me for advice, or talk about identity qualities, not unless we've talked before. Don't engage me in any kind of discourse or social/political discussion. This isn't the place.

-Can I send you a friend request?
If you legitimately want to be my friend, do so and please message me about why. If you're just looking for Arlo acquaintances, don't.

-Can I buy [insert dragon here]?
10g/kt for unleveled fodder. 20g/kt for leveled fodder. I'll also take trades of one dragon at the same level or multiple unleveled ones. If there's a Dominance push going on, I will only accept trades for fodder. If you want to buy back an unleveled dragon I bought as fodder, you can have them for the amount you sold them for. No one outside of my Enforcement tabs is for sale or rent unless otherwise stated.

-Can I buy [insert item/familiar here]?
If my permanent dragons have apparel or scenes equipped, they're not going unless the dragons do. You can ask about familiars in my lair; most of them I just keep until they're awakened. Familiars in my hibernal den are permanent. Don't ask.

-You exalted a dragon I want. Can you restore them?
Unless there's a Dominance push going on, as long as they were within the recovery period and you're nice about it, yes.

-I don't like what you named a dragon you bought from me. Can you rename them?
If I'm keeping them as a permanent dragon, no. Review the article on dragon ownership. If I purchased them as fodder (my default fodder name is "Judgment"), send me a renaming scroll and tell me what you want it changed to. The best solution for this problem is to name your dragons before you sell them and if you have a specific style for your offspring lists you don't want people disrupting, don't sell those dragons.

-Can I rent one of your nests/dragons for breeding?
No.

-How should I refer to your dragons?
If they don't have pronouns in their broadcast messages, you can use whatever you see fit. If they have pronouns in their broadcasts, use those.

-Will you draw [insert thing here]?
If you're looking for a commission, yes, depending on payment. If you're looking for an art trade, it depends on what you'd be drawing for me in return and whether I feel up to it. If you're looking for free art, not unless I'm specifically offering it. What I'm willing to draw is listed on my portfolio.

-Do you do custom skins/accents?
If you provide a blueprint, a concept, and a tip, I can try. That's all I can promise you.

-You drew me something. How should I credit you?
My webpage has a list of my online presences. I prefer to be credited with either a link to my presence wherever you're using the art or to my main webpage. If I'm not on the site you're using and it doesn't allow offsite links, a textual credit including the presence e.g. "by TheEnforcer @ FR" is required.

-What program do you use?
For my graphic design work and earlier tablet doodles, Photoshop Elements 2020. For my newer tablet doodles, Clip Studio Paint. For anything intentionally bad or casual, Microsoft Paint. For pixels, they're colored in Photoshop and everything else is done in Aseprite.

-Do you roleplay?
I'm not really interested in role-playing with individual characters, be they OCs, dragons, or fan characters. If you'd like to collaborate with my clan for lore purposes or send letters to dragons, go ahead. I'll probably respond in kind. Just don't expect extended RPing from me.

-Can I base characters/dragons on yours?
I can't really stop you from using combinations of genes and apparel. Do not, under any circumstances, copy or reference my stories or lore without permission and don't base characters on mine. This also counts for making fandragons of my OCs without permission from me.

-Can I make fanart or fanfic for your OCs or dragons?
Yes. That'd be awesome, and I appreciate any art or content I get, especially when I'm not expecting it. If it's okay with you, any art will go on the character's webpage with credit. If you use art of my characters as examples anywhere, please credit the characters to me.

-Something in your lore is offensive.
Please tell me what lore and why so I can see if there's anything to change and if so, change it. I try to provide trigger warnings for potentially disturbing content both here and on my webpage. If you want a warning where there isn't one now, just ask.

-Why did you breed those dragons? Isn't it incompatible with their relationship or orientation?
Offspring aren't canon unless I say they are. I bought many of my dragons for breeding before I established their lore relationships and I buy a lot of dragons pre-bred.

-What is your username from?
It's not a reference to anything. I just needed a cool title that started with "E" for a character back in 2018 and it stuck.
