Some of his kin made regular pilgrimages back to the Arcane Territories, seeking solace in the familiar embrace of magic. But for others like Sindri, a bitter resistance took root, a rebellion against the invisible chains that bound them to a land that both cursed and nurtured them. Yet, the insidious longing for home clung to Sindri like a relentless shadow. He wandered through the ancient trees, feeling lost and disconnected, a wanderer in search of a place he couldn't reach. The curse manifested as a perpetual state of confusion, a fog that clouded his senses. His fellow clan members observed him wandering through the forest, his eyes glazed, oblivious to the world around him. He became 'The Lost,' a dragon yearning for a home he could never fully leave and aching with a longing that echoed in the depths of his being.

In the heart of the Arcane forest, where the Lost One roamed, the curse lingered like a bittersweet melody. Sindri, despite his perpetual state of confusion, carried the weight of his heritage with resilience. He was a survivor, a dragon caught between two worlds, bound by a curse that both defined and plagued his existence.. However, as months pass, his confusion transforms into forgetfulness, a haze that clouds his senses. The once-vibrant dragon now struggles to recall even the simplest details of his surroundings. Despite the sanctuary's protective embrace, Sindri battles the relentless erosion of his memories, a poignant reminder of the curse that binds him to the lands he can never truly leave.

A binding spell have been cast... an entire generation affected...

The first generation, the immediate children of them are the most affected when they leave the land, in the Arcane territories they still have some measure of power, but the farther away from their homeland they go, more of their magic is stripped, to the point of weakening their bodies and dulling the color of their eyes to a murky, lifeless awash pink. Some find other creative ways to survive this terrible fate, magical stones, mechanical or magical enhancements, forbidden spells that suck out the magic of others, you name it. One thing is certain tough, despite the curse they carry, these children are above all, survivors.

The longing for their home is an ever-present beast tough, that no matter what they do sit still in the back of their mind like a parasite, it's a deep ache that can only be cured finding their way back to their homeland (some counter it by making regular visits back to the Fallen Stars clan, others, embittered, resist).
