Onyx Ironshield
Born on the sea, Onyx has never known another life than that of a pirate. When her mother fell to a bounty hunter's blade Onyx picked up her pendant and book, searching for the fabled treasures her mother sought. During her journey she befriended the crown prince of the Rime kingdom and the two developed a relationship.

Currently Onyx travels together with the Swift Rose. It's not a permanent membership, she merely enlists their help while they get a cut of her discoveries. With the seas growing more dangerous with each year she may stay a while.

Onyx is a veteran pirate who lives for her profession. She's daring and bold, quick on her feet and possesses a silver tongue. Always moving on, never settling or committing. For this reason she finds her feelings towards Prince Iridios painful at times, yet she's not willing to let go.
