Iridios Runesong
Iridios is the crown prince of Rime, an island known for its cold climate. It's a wealthy kingdom with a happy populace. With the health of his mother waning Iridios is preparing himself for his coronation, wanting to uphold his family's good reputation.

Some years ago Iridios met a pirate who'd been apprehended. Having been isolated his whole life he was curious why she'd commit to such a lifestyle. From there they began talking regularly and even after her release the two keep in touch. It's a controversial part of his life and something he tries to keep secret.

Iridios a regal dragon with a powerful aura. He's never sailed beyond his kingdom, and though he's committed to serving his island until the end there's something gnawing at him. A sense of never having a choice.
