Rikal Maer-Lupita
Tired of life on her cramped little island Rikal desired to see the world. Chalgione found her as a stowaway, but before they could reach a town where he could kick her out Rikal won his heart. She in turn realized that life on the seas wasn't as rosy as she thought; but like a true sailor decided to stay true to her dream.

Besides, she'd never leave Chalgione's side.

Rikal is a gentle, warm and motherly coatl. She's quite sharp and has a way with words, though her sheltered upbringing leaves her lacking street smarts. Among the crew she serves as counsellor, gardener and occasionally ambassador.

Trivia
Rikal is in a relationship with the ship captain Chalgione.
Has basic knowledge of medicine, particularly making cures from wild plants.
Likes to hang out with Qalio as they both share a love for nature.
