Lilak takes very heavily after her mother Nocni in physical appearance but her father Badi in colour so she wasn’t able to join the night watch like she wanted to do as a hatchling. However, while her father might be disconnected from most of the clan he obviously spends a lot of his time with his child and he has managed to inspire her to take up the practise of alchemy which she has done and is very good at it to her credit!

Being such a beautiful dragon has its advantages as mates are falling all over each other to see the beautiful daughter of the powerful night watch guard. The disadvantages come when others assume that such a well kept dragon wouldn’t have a true interest in alchemy seeing as you have to slave over a volatile bubbling mixture for most of the day. She proves them wrong every time however and their words don’t stop her from flying to the trading post everyday to work with Baldwin. It also doesn’t stop her taking care of her appearance and looking cute, after all who doesn’t love being cute and powerful?

She takes great pride in her work as she kept a small cauldron in her personal den where she reduced the basic materials she needs before heading out the next day to the trading post to use them all. However she quickly realised how if she simply stuck with the roaming post she would waste even less time, and that's exactly what she does now. Her mother Nocni often piles up objects in her room for her to use for her work which she really appreciates. She comes home more regularly than other dragons who follow the trading post, often popping back once a week or so to pick up more materials or if something has a particularly long brewing time.
