"Yeah, but make it smoky." ╰────────────────────────────────────────╯ Rodrathym doesn't consider himself a culinary expert, but when he arrived at the clan, he found himself leagues above the rest. He enjoys cooking, but it isn't his dream role. For now, though, he needs to cook. The rest of the clan has other opinions about him, and most often joke that his penchant for cooking smoky dishes is because he burns most of his food anyway. Rodrathym makes almost every dish have a smoky flavor, and seems to think that this is the best trait for a dish to have. All dragons within the clan have very sensitive palates with smoke as a result, and can tell the difference between different wood tastes. |

 | Rodrathym is a bit older than Len, but the two are almost always together when Len is home, cooking and arguing about their controversial opinions on food, though it's all in good fun. |

Rodrathym competed against Dream in a cooking showdown that Eredia designed as a fun way to send off the Traveling Breeze. The contest was very close, and despite losing by one point, Rodrathym found that for the first time his passion was ignited for his work. The two spent a good deal of time cooking and talking after the contest concluded, and even though both are in their respective homes, Rodrathym occasionally sends Dream a letter with a recipe he is working on, asking for feedback and suggestions. He tries to keep the smokiness to a minimum in these recipes, but it's always a challenge for him. |

Eredia's duties of maintaining a homely atmosphere overlap a lot with Rodrathym's, the two see one another a lot. Although Lilla assumes that Rodrathym is in love with Eredia, the truth is that he tends to make excuses to interact with her because Eredia reminds him of his mother, who he misses dearly. |
