Mera grew up on the plains, where there was very little food and resources, so she learned to be an excellent hunter and fighter. To this day she is one of the best fighters in the clan.
After living on the plains for so long, she finally decided to more to better land, moving into a nearby forest, which had much more food and resources. Like Vizisella, Inviglio was hostile to her at first, but that was only because she tried to steal some food from him. Later on though, she proved that she was just as good of a fighter as he, and earned his respect as not only a fighter, but as a member of the clan.
For months Solsetur tried to woo her, and get her to notice him, and for the longest time Mera ignored him. She was too busy with her own life and didn't need any distractions from her duty as a protector of the clan. However, after a while, he started to wear her down, and she accepted a gift from him, a beautiful citrine necklace. She's worn it ever since, even if for a food few more months she still refused to return his affections. He didn't back down though, and she respected that. At long last she accepted his offer, and returned his affections.
They're a happy couple, and nothing can get between them. They recently had a son, Pyrrhus, and she is training him to be just as good of a hunter as she is, that way he can help protect the clan as well.
