Honestly, if you asked her, Burnish considers the entire bloodline curse to be secondary to her true purpose. Yes, sure, it's vitally important to her own wellbeing and the quality-of-life for her entire family - it's not like she doesn't want to contribute! It's just that, well, her own mother is a little lax in her attitude towards the whole thing, and pawned it off to her descendants, and everyone has their own opinions on that but privately Burnish thinks: who can blame her? Burnish wants to see the world. It's so big out there, and there's so much of it to cover, she's practically out the door before she's even full-grown. And if she makes friends along the way, all the better, isn't it? ***** Burnish maintains a water well in a berth in the Window. It's a coin to enter the berth, but she'll draw the bucket for you herself. She likes the pull on her muscles, and the way dragons step back to watch and appreciate her shining scales and fur. But mostly she enjoys the job for the chance to chat with other dragons, both regulars and newcomers! She's a shameless gossip, and delights in the juicy stuff—one might say scandalous! Mango Pirate Canyon is, a lot. But within Burnish's little berth, she can tamp down on all that noise and bustle, and control its stream into her life at a comfortable pace.
