The oldest daughter of Death, she had trailed after Thanatos uninvited, picking carcasses clean for survival. Exalted from her clan as a young dragon, Atra was a malnourished thing, weak and fragile.
But she was persistent. The longer she followed, the stronger she got, fitting skeletal remains to her form as she went, eventually Death took notice.

The Vulture, she was called, granted a place beside Thanatos in the Troupe, and though the food was plenty, Atra continued in her newly adopted ways, keeping the path Death and the Reaper left in their wake pristine.

Nowadays the Vulture resides on the outskirts of the Troupe, keeping her hoard of bones tidy and making trinkets and armour with Frankie's help to be given to her siblings. A rather strange member, though always kind to the younger ones, as rarely as they approach, she leaves little bony gifts for them unseen.
