Original tale of how she first came to Light Flight to her first Clan before moving here:
A blue dragon walked along the Plague expanse. She had been walking a long way, and decided to stop next to a river. Her scales were shot through with white, and her red eyes gleamed, two rubies that mirrored the water. It was red, and thick in a disgusting sludge form. It bubbled and snapped, causing the substance to almost be spattered on her wings. With a little gasp she backed away, and continued her walk.
She was parched and panting from her journey. Back home at her village, a new disease had been introduced. It was a strange one, and it caused several different results among them. For the first dragon, it caused all her scales to fall off; she screamed and writhed in pain until her skin was shredded too. Her body slowly broke down, and it terrified the rest of the village. It was obvious that this disease had gone too far. Many of the dragons had been crashed in the streets, unable to stand and slowly starving or dying from some cruel side effect of the sickness.
She had fled. She was in extreme pain, and was not even truly conscious anymore. The journey through Plague was exhausting, and next she stumbled through Shadow. All the Clans shut their doors to her, for she must have looked dreadful. Idris eventually made it to Light, and she hadn’t even found a Clan before she met a dragon. She was orange, brown and red, and she had feathered wings and antlers.
This dragon ran over to her in concern. “Are you okay? You look like you’ve gone through so much! What happened?”
Idris tried to speak, but made only a low croaking sound. Her eyes blinked dumbly as she tried to understand what was before her. Was it a dragon? Was this a moose?
“Come with me! Right now!” She did not command this rudely, but all in a panic. The Pearlcatcher felt sick with worry, her stomach and head aching, and she reached for the Skydancer’s wrist as to lead her with.
Anivia shrieked as her claws went through the dragon’s paw. Idris began to shake uncontrollably and fell to her knees, and then to the ground completely as her legs fell from beneath her. All she heard was a muffled “Help!” as her vision sputtered out.

They could not move her, as their claws passed through her scales, so the leader had to come to her position. Idris awoke to the same warm-colored dragon as before, and a blue-gray dragon who shone in an almost painful way. Kelsus was her name, and she would soon come to know her and love her as a leader, as well as try to do everything as a servant would in gratitude.
Kelsus handed her a small glass vial that was of a bright golden liquid, and instructed her to only drink a drop. Idris lifted the glass, and it dripped once into her mouth. She immediately lost all want. What was this? She lost all desire for anything. She did not want to drink, and she did not want to eat or sleep. She felt like a statue.
“What is your name? And what is wrong with your scales? Where is your home?” Anivia asked all at once.
“I am Idris,” She said, her voice sweet as the chime of a silver bell. “I have contracted a disease from my village in Plague, but it is not able to be spread. My scales and my body are entirely water. I can touch and hold objects, and go through them if I wish. But I can have no contact with other dragons,” She said a bit sadly. “The medicine you have here is amazing… Care to let me stay? I do not have a home any longer, and I would love to help care for your sick in any way I can.”
Kelsus dipped her head in approval, and the liquid dragon smiled back.
