______ Valoura is a very brave and wondrous Guardian with a heart of gold. Originally a princess from a small kingdom in the Water Flight, her egg had somehow found it's way after a monsoon to the Light Flight. Ever since she was found, this lost princess swore to protect her new home, as she knew that being one of the youngest of many siblings made her pretty useless back at the kingdom, and thus decided to help her adoptive clan instead. Despite the others telling her how important she is and her own strengths, Valoura will tell the others of their own strengths but only looks at her own weaknesses, often to the mixed feelings of her Clanmates.
______ Because of the sun influencing her egg, she was hatched with the heart and soul of a Water Dragon but with the eyes of a Light. Because of this mixed biology, she tends to find herself struggling fitting in with other Dragons outside of the Clan, but thanks to her fellow Protectors, she's learned to just accept things as they are, but she finds that once she opens up to other Dragons, even ones not from Clan Paladin, then she was surprised to make friends pretty easily; she quickly found that the other of Clan Paladin were very open and kind to her more or less, and didn't judge her at all for her strange biology, and she's incredibly grateful to them for that.
______ Though Valoura clearly has no clear definition of 'self-importance' or 'self-esteem', she will immediately butt into another Dragon's business if she finds them feeling down. Despite the others of Clan Paladin constantly trying to remind her of her own importance, Valoura would instantly give up her own life if it could help another's. Because of this, the Seven Major Protectors have agreed to keep an eye on the Water-heart Guardian to make sure she doesn't do anything too drastic, but Valoura is more than happy just to be able to help around the Clan.

______ After the Clan had reached Ancient status and grew to an impressive size, the Seven Major Protectors gathered to discuss having an Ambassador to the represent the Clan for each Flight. Valoura immediately jumped at the chance, and, by her insistence, was made the Clan's official Ambassador of Water. Though she was saddened that she had to step down as a Major Ambassador to do so, she absolutely loves her new job, and promised to help Jubilee, the new Protector of Hope, with any struggles she may have.

Every few seasons or so Valoura makes the journey back to the Sea of a Thousand Currents. This is somewhat for diplomatic reasons but primarily because she loves the sights. The blue currents and orange reefs bring her found memories of a time when she was surrounded by the warmth of the ocean. On her travels there she often speaks to young dragons about the light flight, her own story, as well as the importance of all elements-- and sometimes how a flight may choose you. Her passionate smile and kind thoughts always encourage the dragons there to happily await her return.
