The youngest daughter of Morocco and Somalia, Malawi practically rolled her egg from the nest before it could hatch. Curious and adventurous by nature, the young spiral was often caught venturing off alone to the shores on Corona's outskirts, where she would sit in wonder of the worlds contained in tide pools until her mother's scolding carried over the cliffside. It was at these shores that Malawi developed a close bond with inquisitive Maren children, friendships that eventually developed into a longstanding partnership between Corona and neighboring Maren communities. In exchange for mutual protection and trade, Malawi ensures that Corona's dragons do not prey on the Maren or pollute their waters. As kind as she is with the Maren people, however, with other dragons, Malawi's moods shift like the currents of wind and tide. Allow her to go for a swim, however, and her waves will calm in an instant.
