An innovative dragon, Lumen devises tens to hundreds of new technological marvels by the day━to the extent that she herself has become something of a technological marvel, implanted with spare parts and clockwork mechanisms. When she walks by, one can hear a ticking sound; a buzz; a consistent low hum.

Lumen spends much of her time inventing and talking to her familiar constructs; she doesn't get out much. When she does, most social cues are lost on her; it concerns her that she might appear cold or aloof, when in reality, it's just that golems are much easier for her to understand than dragons are. Accompanied by her body of mechanisms, other dragons often mistake her for a golem herself, missing that her heart is very much beating.
