SFRcRiS.png Raine, born of the union of Eldan and Lorelei, seeks to be iridescent and evanescent. She was born on the second day of spring, a time when change has only just begun to settle. She is a thing of potential, but of what? A graceful member of the court? Alluring and fickle, as a fae should. Perhaps instead a rebel, rejecting the court’s allure, indulging in the delights of the mortal world. Or perhaps, something completely else. As spring turns to summer, as she grows into the imperial she was meant to be, only she knows what she will become.

Or perhaps, the change will never stop. After all, growth should be endless. Change and change and change again, step and step and step, in the endless dance, an endless waltz. That is endless beginnings, the pure essence of the beginning of spring unchanging.

She much prefers the second to the former.

And if it helps her parents by proving that there is no need for an end, for autumn to be so smug, so be it.
