Liame

The experiment was a success! Two Shade Constructs could, in fact, have children without any draconic genes muddying the waters. The clutch is large, and the only indication of Elemental magic is their icy blue eyes which watch the world with eerie blankness. They are like their parents, perfect automata.

Liame, the secondborn of her clutch, has never known anything except work. Work, work, and more work is all she gets from the cultists who raised her. They warn her that idleness and boredom breeds malcontent, and Liame trusts this warning with deep-seated horror. She must be useful, she must be working, she must avoid idleness at all costs. This fervent dedication does not go unnoticed, but it is a useful defect, so Liame is left alone to spiral further into obsession. She leaves her home to find more work to do, with the hopes of running herself into the ground before she can find out what happens when she becomes idle.
