Harvest Blessed
Quote:
Prophecy was raised a diplomat.
She was adept in the art of persuasion and passionate about keeping peace; the perfect combination for a city guardian. And yet, with her parents rarely home and her friends absorbed in their studies, she was simply bored. She was a bladesinger, and her heart cried out for the open skies.
And so one day, she snuck out of Waterdeep, under the guise of tracking down a wayward creature. She flew long and fast, finally ending up in a tiny garden full of little golden flowers. She didn’t know it then, but the garden responded to the sound of her claws.
When she returned, curiosity sated and energy sapped, she was met by a mage. “You have been blessed by another,” he said, as he took her claws in his, “Go forth with this blessing, and bring peace to the lands.”
And thus began a new chapter in her life. She was allowed to take up the blade as her heart wanted, and trained in the mage arts. Soon, she was authorised to take trips to Sornieth, leading missions to track down wayward mages or those who wish Waterdeep harm.
During one of such trips, she stumbled across a strange pocket of space and time. It was there that she discovered the Menagerie, a place full of dragons of different stories, where she could share her missions and her story. Most importantly, it was the Menagerie where she found those who would help her blossom within her blessing.
