Lapis may be able to give you answers I don't know, but until then I can tell you everything else." "Long ago, before the 11 nations were established, the world lived in chaos. With no rulers to keep everyone in check, dragons were free to do whatever they pleased with no consequences. The Celestial Dragons, displeased with this, agreed together that 11 dragons of their respective element would be chosen to become Nation Rulers, ruling all dragons under their element for as long as they lived." Some time after the world had been formed, some documents noting to a couple thousand years ago, dragons started to form tribes with others of their own element. With so many different elements around, each tribe wanted their own territory, which lead to the first wars. These wars would go on for about a hundred years before the Celestial Dragons came to an agreement that there would be one powerful dragon of each element, chosen to become a god, to create their own kingdoms and rule over all of their element. They had many to consider, and choosing the Nation Rulers took about a decade. The wars settled down shortly after. It is quite uncommon and not always accepted for them to change where they live. Normal dragons also cannot normally use any other element that is not their own. Only dragons from the Enigma Kingdom have the knowledge to use a weaker version of any element. Some time after the 11 Nations had been established, little spirit-like creatures started to appear more often. Upon further research, it was discovered these little creatures were actually made purely of an element. These were come to be called Elemental Spirits. They are quite uncommon, and Nation Rulers have all been able to aquire one as a companion. They do say one particular Wind spirit was quite powerful... _Celestials & Rulers_ ____Celestial dragons are the most powerful gods in the world. They rule time, space, dimensions themselves, and even stars. It's said that there were formations of star-dragons, whos powers were strong enough that they were accepted into the Celestials ranks. While still being gods, Nation Rulers aren't quite as poweful as Celestial Dragons. Their job is to rule over their selected element. Each ruler has their own reasoning for being selected, but most were chosen for their strong power and high intelligence. There is a difference between the Kingdom and Nation. While citizens of the kingdom are more rich and live closer to the Nation Ruler, dragons who are just simply a part of the nation may reside in smaller villages scattered across the land.
