The universe is ever expanding, and Delta is the one responsible for this. Delta makes sure the flow of space is stable, and creates new stars, new planets, new galaxies, and more space for the universe.
Delta has various patterns of constellations, planets, and galaxies she's created on her fur/scales (?).

Together with Iarlotta, the two dragons hold the universe together.

The Celestial Dragons are ultra-powerful beings, the creators of this world. They have control over the Nation Rulers, and are not afraid to stop or even harm them when they do something the Celestial Dragons disapprove of.

Not much is known about the Celestial Dragons, anyone who manages to find any information always mysteriously disappears along with any records of the information they may have written down.
