Ruler of the Wind dragons

Flitter is the ruler of the Wind dragons, but he sure dosen't act like it. A carefree spirit, Flitter avoids anything that has to do with something he dosen't feel like doing. Whenever serious duties come around, Flitter is nowhere to be seen. A dragon bursts through the door, alarmed at the emergency, only for a small breeze in Flitter's place. Of course if an actual emergency his people couldn't handle on his own arises, he will be there.

Flitter loves the wind and anything light. He often visits the Woodlush Kingdom during summer nights to play with the fireflies. Lots would describe him as very playful and childish in terms of personality.

Nobody truly knows why Flitter has the appearance of such a small, baby dragon. Whenever anyone asks, he smiles with that same playful expression and always gives the same answer. "Hehe."

The Breezeskies Kingdom, to the suprise of no one, is high in the sky, actually residing above the Woodlush Kingdom. The kingdom lies entirely on clouds, clouds you are able to step on. These clouds never carry rain or storms. Everything is light and soft, and there is almost always a gentle breeze.

There isn't much to explore if you leave the town area of the kingdom, just clouds and birds, until you eventually find a cloud that isnt standable and fall into the Woodlush Kingdom below.. that is, if you survived the fall down.
