Betta

Betta comes wandering on over to greet you, yet not alone, arriving with a small tank with a fish, pebbles and an ol' boot inside. Enjoy! ^^

Give a greeting to this great gal who joined the clan at 2:43 pm on this terrifically grand Tuesday of March 3rd, 2023 who is also the clan's (something to do with Role)! :D

(perhaps include a thing about her previously being named with the name 'Betta' then being given a new name to match her new life & charge)

(personality traits, characteristics, things they hoard, likes/dislikes, finding Role, why the wear apparel they chose, hobbies, etc)
Coming from her previous clan, she was fascinated with fish and their habitats and everything to do with Water and so took up adding fish to her hoard, finding the biggest fish tank she could have crafted and putting all the lovely fish that caught her eye inside and watching over them as if they were her own children, taking great care to give them the best aquatic life she could & took great pains to do so :) When she left, she downsized to a smaller more portable tank, letting some free and taking only her most valuable ones until she could expand again, and now, the tank stands in the forefront of her home, proudly displayed on a wide mantle in the middle of her den.

For Gaurdians: What is their Charge? What are they gaurding?
This dragon has found that her Charge is to be one of the most ephemeral things of all, and that is that of wishes. The wishes dragons make for one another of well-wishes, for awesome birthday & holiday gifts, for dreams & desires of items or dragons previously unattainable, for a loved one or companion to spend the rest of their loves with, or upon a shooting star or dancing candles, this Gaurdian covers them all & has found she has become the sole keeper of said wishes in the clan. She takes these seriously and teaches other to do the same so that the dreams may become reality and not just a passing thing to say as in "I wish you would shut up," or something of the like that is said so flippantly XD
Those in her previous clan thought her Charge was all the fish she so diligently watched over, but as she grew, she never felt as though that that was correct and they were more a thing that she hoarded and thus continued her Search. When she would hear others wish for the things they wanted, something deep inside would stir within her and she wondered if that that was her calling.. Upon arriving in the SkyWings clan & seeing how many dragons had unfulfilled goals, unmet dreams & unobtained desires, she made it her goal to see that those were reasonably met. With this determination made & decided upon thing, the stirring within flooded her senses, exploding from her chest and going through every pore of her body and down to her claw tips, and she knew she'd found it, that mystical thing called The Charge. Glowing with enthusiasm and shining with excitement then, she went to all the dragons in the clan, and even the leader herself & recorded all of their wishes and compiled them in the lists you can find below. :)

(to include about friendships & bonds made--how, in order to become a top fighter and achieve the goal set up for her from her previous clan of being a fighter & bringing home a prize when she reached a certain level, she joined up with a few dragons who also were forming teams at the time & working to prove their strength and mettle on the battlefront and thus became good friends with the pair she joined as well, proving to be a powerful Water adept and terrific team player with the Spiral and Imperial, whose names are OceanMist & Starborn ^^) )
(talk about how she met Familiar--date given/met/recieved: 3-8-23 ; date Awakened: this Familiar was part of a mass-clan Awakening that took place the morning of 12-31-23! :D also recieved the Flying Fish (or whatever nme is) as an extra prize from NOTN that was also taking place that morning! :D )
story: she visited DuskFall seeking out a Familiar, and given her strong ties to Water, was hoping for preferably a fish or aquatic-based one.. and how DuskFall was just about to suggest one and speak to the Maren who were on-site, surfacing from the opening where he keeps watch over them in the Bestiary that leads right out to the Sea of a Thousand Currents. She followed him over to said opening to see if any Maren were there currently and as they peered in, they noticed how the water seemed illuminated by a soft yet haunting glow and that's when they looked up to see a Living Luminance lighting the water & hovering just a few feet from the Gaurdian herself. Noticing this and seeing how useful that that could possibly be, she inquired about its availability but before DuskFall had a chance to reply, the Living Luminance wrapped its string around one of her front forearms, sealing the deal and they both smiled, DuskFall again laughing about how sometimes the Familiars make the job easy for him. Now she enjoys the company of her Familiar and finds it is still useful to this day as when she hunts for fish, either to add to her own collection or for the benefit of the clan, in the early morn or late even-time hours, the being will drift out across the water, having such a soft glow to its light that it doesn't scare the fish away but rather attracts them, similarly like moths to light, as they become intrigued and entranced by its luminescence, almost like it's a night-light of sorts.. Betta is happy to have this added benefit of her Familiar, and all it asks for in return is to be granted stay by her side and scales from some of her catches that go to the use of the clan to add to the beads & baubles on the length of its string.. )
