Every Herald is surrounded by a team of priests that run their temples, liase with the community, and those at the top of the food chain directly speak to their patron to convey their wishes. One of these is Kassios, the friendly face that most see when they have concerns regarding the domain of Belisarius Dei. Long ago he dedicated himself to her service, and steadily climbed up the ranks due to his dedication to going above and beyond when helping those around him.

A warm and serene man, he is marked by a golden rope that is tied in a large bow in the back. Whilst he is usually found at Belisarius' temple directly speaking with her or interpreting for those who might find themselves in pain by her divine aura, he is also the one who has the final say on her festivals and anyone who dedicates themselves to her service. It is here where another side of him peeks out: he has always worked himself to the bone, and because of that he has very high standards on what should and should not be done. He always picks his words carefully, and as such you might not realise just how insulting what he said with a smile is until days later.

He is incredibly fond of the younger children who come into the temple, and it is perhaps the only time he's distracted from his holy duty. Despite having been a high priest for a decade, he is still incredibly flustered when he catches himself talking to Belisarius in a casual tone.
