Woolly was adopted by her fathers Perseus and Fluffy as a hatchling. Since her father and brother still stay at their own town, Woolly doesn't always see Fluffy and her brother Adonis. It doesn't get her town too much, as she and her dad at minimum travel to Aramore at least once a month, sometimes they will stay for more days there than their own clan. After growing up, Woolly moved out, and made herself a home in the Spirit Wood, where she could practice potion making and the such in private and without any trouble from the possible explosions that could occur. In her life here, she has made friends with four faes: Argai, Hellebore, Banette, and Rat. The four don't do much except cause her problems or sleep in her fur.

Picking herbs down by the river, Woolly heard a peculiar noise. Swiftly following it, se saw a fae that seemed to flicker in and out of existence.
"Who are you, little fae?" she asked, curious about his existence. The fae turned and looked at her, shock across his tear stained face. "Im Argai, and you can see me?" he asked, wonderment in his words.
"Of course, how else would I have yelled for you?" she spoke, a light laugh following her words.
"I'm a ghost, most can't see me, and those who to turn tail and run>" his casts his eyes downwards, a deep settled sadness following him.

"Why don't you come stay in my home?" she asked the fae.
"I would like that very much" he says, but looks off, "you would have to find my books though"
"Books?" Questions the Gaoler
"Yes, they are scattered. I do not know where, but they're in the forest. I will help where I can, I just haven't had the luck of finding the last three."
"Okay"
Off the duo went, finding the lost books of the fae who, now, couldn't stop talking or making quips. As annoying as it was, something about him was endearing enough for Woolly to keep helping. After a few hours, they found the lost tomes.

"Now I'm free to move where ever." he beams.
"then let's go to your new home"

"I don't understand what is so hard about it" Argai says, not really caring about how many times Woolly had told him to be quiet.
"I told you, the plants around her are very delicate, and even noises are very harsh to them. Obviously you do not care, but I find it very important that I manage to get these ingredients before our protection spell wears off."
"I think you mean your protection spell, I'm already dead." he states. holding onto her horns like a branch.
"Shhh! There it is!" She says, looking at the beautiful black colored flower. Petals open, facing the world with an open face. Making careful steps to it, the flower started shifting, moving like it had a shine of a purple night-sky. Woolly approached the small flower, going to pick it, and eyes opened.
The flower shot up, and in a panic Aragi and Woolly both yelped, not expecting such sudden movements as the primarily quiet and still forest.
"Who are you?", demands the flower, "What are you doing in my home?"
"I'm sorry," Woolly announces, bowing. In tandem, accidentally swinging Argai off her head. "I'm Woolly, and that is Argai"
"You brute!" yells the thrown Fae from the ground. "We were looking for a Hellebore flower, and we thought you were one."
"Hellebore flowers are not real flowers." The dragon speaks, "They are a myth"
"You wasted our time!" cries the ghost. "I'm sure they exist," Woolly says, confusion taking over her.
"An old lady at the apothecary said that the best healing potions come from Hellebore flowers"
"Hellebores are not real flowers," he states once again, "They are a dragon."
"Riddles, it's always a riddle." Aragi says with hatred.
"Shut up" Woolly hisses to the dragon. "Where can we meet this Hellebore?"
"You say I look like the flower you seek, and I told you that instead the flower is a dragon. I think you can figure out the rest." He says finally landing on the ground, realizing these two dragons are not a threat to him, or his forest.
"Oh" the two say, looking a little embarrassed.
"If that is the case, why don't you join me, and help teach me to make potions."
Hellebore looks at the two dragons, an unreadable expression on they’re face
“What do you wish to become, novice dragon?” he inquires, eyes intensely set on the Gaoler.
“I want to heal,to help”
The little dragon hums in consideration at her answer

“I will teach you, fledgling witch, about all I know of the plants. You must make note that my biggest strength is the usage of flowers” he spoke, tone chirpy and respectful
“Thank you-”
“However,” he continues “I must make one demand”
Woolly hesitated, looking wearily at the flower sprite
“What is it?”
“Allow me to stay with you and Argai. You two intrigue me.”
“Yes!” “No!” two voices say in unison
Woolly and Argai look at each other.
“I’ll kick you out” the Gaoler growls
“I’m not sharing a room” the ghost says indignantly

“You can stay. I have you a room built” Woolly says, turning to the sprite.
They chuckle “I can see this will be interesting”

"A cursed doll?" Hellebore asks
"Sounds stupid" Argai states
"It isn't" Woolly says, rolling her eyes. "A cursed doll that looks like a fae was bought by a lady in town. She wants us to pick it up and do whatever we want with it. I think studying it could help me become better at my craft"
"The only think it'll make you is dead!" The skeleton fae laughs, but was swiftly swatted by a pillow.

Woolly has got to be honest, this is the cutest cursed object she has ever seen. A patchwork doll, the a little skeleton design peers up to her with cute, yellow eyes.
"Thank you! It freaks me out so much!" the dragon thanks her, and immediately closes the door in Woolly face.
"I think your a fine little thing" Woolly says with a smile, "I think the others will like you too"

"HE IS NOT CREEPY!" Woolly yells, clutching the doll to her.
"Yes he is! You're just delusional you old hag!" Argai exclaims.

Woolly felt a tug to her fur, and looked down to find the doll started holding on to her fur. Slowly, it looks up to meet her gaze.
"Hello"

The two dragons stop fighting, and the third watches them slowly freak.
"IT TALKS!"
"PICK A GOD AND PRAY"
As the two scamper, accidentally dropping the doll, Hellebore steps in and picks him off the ground and puts it on the desk.
"You two stop, you're embarrassing us in front of our new guest"
Woolly sits, and Argai dives into fur and hides.

"What is your name, may I ask?" Hellebore turns back to the stuffed animal, who slowly gaining control of it's limbs.
"I was never given a name. I'm not even quite sure what they are"
"A name is what you call yourself, something people say to get your attention" Hellebore explains.
"Then my name is doll"
"That is what you are, honey" Woolly says, "I'm a dragon, and my name is Woolly."
"I'm the spirit of a dragon, which is a nice way to say I'm dead. My name is Argai" comes a muffled voice in from the big dragon's fur
"I'm a flower sprite, and my name is Hellebore"
"Oh" finally speaks the toy, "I was never given a name. No one ever took me home and loved me, so no one gave me a name"
"Would you like one?" Asks the spotted Gaoler.
"Please"

So the four of them looked through books, suggested names of others they had met or heard of, but nothing seemed to stick.
"Maybe I'll never have a name..." he speaks sadly, button eyes looking down
"No! We'll make sure you get a name!" Woolly speaks, opening up a old book that listed the characters from a old monster battling card game she used to play. Looking down, she saw something that mad something click in her head.
"How about Banette?" she asks
The doll perks up
"Yes, yes!" he joyfully exclaims " A name of my own that I love! Oh thank you, thank you!" the doll flys to Woolly, hugging what he as tight as could.

"Well it is decided. Banette, welcome to the family!"

Woolly couldn’t find the pie she baked. It was for dinner this evening, but one of the faes must have gotten greedy and ate it.
“Alright, if whoever ate it own up to it now, I won’t be mad”
“It wasn’t me, I hardly eat food, '' Banette says, moving a pawn forward on a chessboard.
“While I really enjoy pie, I won’t eat it because you said it was for dinner” Hellebore says, studying his next move.
“Argai?” Woolly says in a warning tone
“I didn’t do it. Why do you never believe me?”
“The book incident” Hellebore responds plainly, moving their knight
“The candle mishap” Banette says, moving its rook
“The cake stealing ‘accident’,” Woolly says “Now, you better get ready to make another pie”

Then, a loud crash resounds from the kitchen. The four rush in, and see a white animal trapped in a cup. Woolly walked over, and holds it down. The animal stops moving, and looks at the dragon. It was another fae. It is always a fae.
“Hello, little one,” Woolly speaks softly “Are you hungry”
“Yes!” the dragon squeaks, muffled by the glass
Lifting it off, Woolly goes and grabs a few insects from the pantry. Putting them on the counter, the dragon scampers to the food.
“You move differently than most dragons,” Argai says, landing on Woolly’s horn “Why?”
“I am not a true dragon. I used to be a rat” she says between bites
Two more dragons land on Woolly’s horns, intrigued by the newcomer in their home.
“Then how did you become so dragon-like?” Banette asks, button eyes looking at the dragon’s noticeable distorted features
“A scientist, or whatever they’re called. They injected something in me a couple of times and I became like this. After teaching me to speak and some tricks, I managed to escape”
After the explanation, she kept scarfing down as much food as she could.
“Do you have a home?” Argai asks
“No” the dragon says
“Do you have a name?” Banette asks “everything is a thing and has a name”
“Rat” the dragon says, licking her fingers clean
“Rat? Do you still want to be called that?” Woolly asks
“I am fine with it, Rat has what I got used to being called. Changing it now would to hard”
“Would you like a home?” Hellebore asks
This makes Rat looks up, “It would be nice, but why would you allow me?”
Woolly smiles, “Everyone deserves a home, we’d love for you to stay.”
Rat looks surprised at the offer “Sorry, I’m just used to dragons chasing me out for raiding their pantry”
“It’s alright, honey, you’re just hungry” Woolly says “I do have a question though, did you just so happen to eat a pie?”
“No, the skeleton one had just finished it when I spotted it”
“ARGAI, YOU LIAR”
