Snowflake got his start at the Summerland Coffeehouse specializing in cold brew. Once he'd learned all he wanted to, he left with Chai to help her start her own cafe.

Brewmaster Glory-of-the-Snow
There's a forest beside the city where Chai-al and Error was built. This is Glory's forest in the winter, and someone else's during the other three seasons. He's laser-focused on his task during the winter, and the rest of the year he slacks off. The flower he's named after represents forgiveness and generosity, which he showers on his friends. If he doesn't know someone, however, he's an absolute nightmare to them. Glory makes anyone who doesn't know him well refer to him by his full title. If someone refuses to follow his rules, he'll lead them into shallow streams as they're walking home at night or fill their pockets with glue and pencil shavings when they aren't looking, or he'll steal one of their socks and put it somewhere they'll never find it.
Glory became friends with Snowflake upon discovering their mutual enthusiasm for drinking coffee cold.
