Biography
Before becoming the Warlord of Death, he was a merchant's son in a dusty run down town. The town was dying, as were it's people. The soil around them was sour, but those too poor to leave or too headstrong to listen stayed, his father was a little of both. Ma had left them some years before, got caught in a sand storm on the outskirts of town, inhaled too much of the sour earth and died from it. Pa was a stone cold man, was back to work the same day the funeral was. If Bronco had shown his tears in front of him, no doubt there would have been a beating.
His Pa's shop was held together with warped wood and rusty nails, it creaked and howled when the wind picked up. Bronco wore a cloth doused in water to keep the dirt out, one of his Ma's lessons, but Pa refused. Insisted he had grown up in it, his father had grown up in it, ect. How stupid Bronco had thought as he scowled down at the box being lowered into the earth. They were so poor Bronco had to take some of the boards from the shop and repurpose them for the coffin. Once covered he had gone back to that shop and tore the rest to shreds.
As he stood over the rubble, splintered wood, crushed junk, rusted out tins, all he could do was growl. His father had been a fool, his Ma a fool, this town was filled with nothing but fools! No longer was he satisfied dealing in junk, he wanted a life, wealth, power. Grabbing the last of the money his Pa had left, Bronco went out to make his fortune.
From those few small coins and a stroke of luck, Bronco came into the possession of The Bullet farm. An old ammunition factory situated over a deposit of lead and copper. By the time he came across it he had hired a small group of mercenaries to protect him and his wealth. But as the factory sputtered back to life and treaties were made with the Immortan, they were soon found missing. He was gifted followers/workers for the factory from the Immortan, those loyal to Badar but directed to listen to Bronco. It wasn't ideal, but over time he was able to manipulate them until they were his loyal followers. Some are still loyal to the Immortan, but he has enough undercover agents amongst his ranks that he can keep an eye on the whispering.
