I left Waterdeep at the crack of dawn, boarded a boat for the first time, and took it across the ocean. In under an hour, I was the farthest I've ever been from home and from anything familiar, and it was exhilarating! I wonder if anyone ever gets tired of this feeling. It's almost as scary as learning how to fly, and twice as exciting!

I want to meet as many clans as I can and bring back different stories for my family, and if possible, I want to see the moonrise across every corner of Sornieth. So no matter how far I go, She will always connect me home.

I spent many restful months contemplating the moon from a rise in the Charged Barrens, but eventually I decided to travel north, and She smiled upon me, for when I came to the Sunbeam Lanternhouse, I met Rahmi, a fellow Avariel. He had recently been to Waterdeep and, while he'd been engrossed in study since his return, he was happy to spend time with me. In fact, we raised our hatchlings together.

Once they were grown and ready to strike out on their own, I departed, but before I left, Rahmi gifted me a jar of honey, harvested from his mate's bees, to remember him by. I accepted appreciatively and wished him well.

Deep in the Foxfire Bramble I happened upon a beautiful garden beneath a break in the thorny canopy. From here She shone down bright through the gaps, illuminating the dark places between glowshrooms, the entire space bathed in an ethereal glow. I met the Gardners, both Day and Night, and they granted me permission to stay awhile so I might watch the passing of the moon as She changed her face each night. While I lingered in the clan's garden, I met a soft spoken imperial adorned in thorns and roses. Though we raised a nest together, Stylidium remained a mystery to me. I took with me nothing but the memory of her and our offspring when I departed.
