Templeton found Plume in a clearing in the Bramble, dimly lit by glowshrooms and fussing about in the weeds. On closer inspection, it seemed that a sad patch of black tulips were being smothered by an accumulation of vines and the choking weight of leaves. Uncertain of how to proceed, Templeton sought out his mother, leading the strange wildclaw to meet her. Hollykain considered Plume without dispatching him immediately for trespassing, on account of her son. Instead she interrogated him at threat of disembowelment, before leading their little procession to see Morpho.
Templeton scratched out an approximation of a field of tulips in his book by way of introduction. Morpho's fondness for aesthetics predisposed her to hear Plume out at this suggestion of a garden. So it was that The Gardener joined the clan of the Raven Queen, by the good graces of Hollykain's restraint and Morpho's favor. |

At night, Plume leaves the garden under the watch of Ophelia and Avalon, and (with deep reservations) Nogitsune when she deigns to make an appearance. As is the Raven Queen's way, those vetted by her advisors are generally free to make decisions about what dragons may or may not enter their area of command. By this standard, Plume brought the night garden pair into the clan. Spinel and Morpho have since met all the garden dragons of interest, and approved Plume's judgement on the matter.
