Another lovely glitch, and a little sister to Writ! Time to tie her in!

Lore Notes:

Youngest of the nest
Hatched on All Hallow's Eve
Happy little bundle of scales and leather wings
Loved all the scary stories she found with her brothers
Eventually found a cookie left behind for her father
Curiosity got the best of her and she read the letter with it
Brightened when she heard of a library of stories, of things both frightening and fascinating all at once
Decided she had to go, but didn't know how to let others know
Didn't even know how this Writ drake got the letters to them in the first place
Eventually decided to write about what she was told about in the letters
Started with the story of a frightening beast, a descendant of something more, roaming the halls in search of a child of crystal
Didn't know that, the night the ink dried on the parchment, Kane lost track of Pinnacle in the Spire
The story eventually ended with the two reuniting after a scuffle
Sure enough, students were harmed in Kane's search, but eventually Pinnacle was found
Surprisingly, some were hurt by Pinnacle as well due to her crystals breaking
The Archivists questioned Writ, but found his own writing didn't reflect what had happened
Decided to keep a closer watch on him as he tried to bond with his siblings in other lairs, as well as nieces and nephews
Didn't take long for the next story to come in; a tale of one of the Barghests, bitten and mad, roaming the town one night to explore her blood as a beast
Once again, that night, Goetia broke free with Masala and a formerly unknown dream creature, Petrichor, who soothed the bite of the Barghests that came with her
Left many townsfolk drained, with memories they once thought to be long forgotten, and a light rainfall that hadn't been predicted as most were
Discovered this couldn't be Writ's work, seeing as he was monitored the whole time
Even found some drakes hadn't planned to be away from their posts watching Goetia and Masala
As if something dark had compelled them to go, though they couldn't put a name to it
Writ was asked to inquire about others who may be writing about him and those he lived with
It took a week for a reply to come in, this time seemingly from out of nowhere
Carmilla had decided she needed to see the clan for herself, and wrote her own letter to appear with her elder brother one night
She didn't know if it worked or if someone simply took her letter, but it wasn't by her side when she woke
Sure enough, Writ woke to the letter by his side, penned in the hand of a sister he had yet to meet, seeing as his letters had been written to his father and his nestmates
Swiftly showed the other Archivists when he read this sister would be arriving at their Spire shortly to visit
Soon suspected she had a power similar to Writ, but wasn't confirmed
Writ noticed she said she wrote stories and asked her to bring them with her
That night, Writ was awoken by a young Imperial practically landing on his wing in the Archive, scrolls tucked under her wing
Carmilla wrote herself right into her own "dramatic" appearance, and had brought everything she thought was important with her
Seemed excited to show off her work to Writ, who was still reeling from being woken up so late
When everything settled, it was discovered her scary stories were indeed about what had happened
However, not all her stories seemed to have come true
She soon revealed that the ones they were interested in were ones she'd dreamt about
Still don't know what to do with her, seeing as the things that mess with dreams tend to be dangerous
Currently watched by Sanja as she works with her brother and niece to keep up the Grand Archive
Slips her own stories into the shelves every now and then
None have come true since she wrote herself into the Spire as of yet, despite her dreaming of some stories she's written
She hasn't shared her new stories yet, but she loves reading other frightening tales
No one knows it's a combination of dreams being her inspiration, her own writing, and sharing the stories she writes with others that causes them to come true for her
Currently writing a scary storybook of her own she hopes to share with everyone someday, specifically when they aren't afraid of her stories coming true
She doesn't believe that her stories make themselves true when shared with others, after all
Just wants to write her stories and enjoy scary stories in return
Thinks nighttime tellings are a must for it, and is strictly nocturnal because of it all
~~Will eventually have a gf to share all her stories with (give her lovely little Laura someday)~~ Changing a Barghest name and pose to give her a Laura with a twist (girl got herself a Barghest XD)
Ran out of people to tell stories to and just tells them to herself in the Arcadia ruins
Didn't know a new Barghest, fleeing a fire from the south, was listening
Eventually heard a curious whine and spotted the Barghest one night
Turns out the only reason she wasn't eaten yet was because her stories were intriguing
Offered to show the Barghest her dreams as well
Barghest was wary but obliged
Did drain a little from the dream, but both were alive and apart upon waking
Became a nightly routine for the two
Barghest eventually shared her own story about the fire and her siblings
Decided to write it down in her own book so the story wouldn't be forgotten
Woke up one day to a new story in the book, written by the Barghest
Simple thing, but it was about their dream from the night before from her eyes
Ended with an offer the Barghest had thought of, but hadn't managed to say aloud
"Can I see more through your eyes? I trust you."
Next night, told the Barghest to stay in the dream to be bound to her
"We can see the world together that way. And who knows, maybe more of our dreams can find life that way."
Didn't know another Barghest went and bit her in her sleep, having been trying to call to her every night so far
Now bound to Laura, formerly Socrates, working together to keep the curse at bay
Woke to Cricket by her side, upset that her dream was occupied
Stuck in a tug of war between Laura and Cricket, more often than not
Helps that her brother Writ writes about the two on the full moon to keep rampages at a minimum
He can really only do so much, though
Cricket more active when the nights are warm, Laura takes the cold
Just happy to be together tbh, despite the bickering of two Barghests
