Biography
Reynard, Atanasij, and Lilitu are wandering mercenaries who fight the Shade. They sell their swords and Shade knowledge but mostly they go wherever they hear news of Shade-touched. They rescue (steal??? it's all in how you spin it and the friendliness of the locals) Shade-touched artifacts for purification, they dig into ruins on the Starfall Isles and in the Hewn City trying to learn more about some of the horrible stories they've collected to see if there's any truth to the myth. A very adventurous, swashbuckling lifestyle.
Atanasij is the heavier muscle and the academic, Lilitu is the mage and the cutting quick one, Reynard is the bravado and, haha, spellsword. A magic rogue, if you will.
The three are a true fully functional triad, all calling each other mate. Lilitu is pansexual homoromantic, but the boys sort of caught her by storm. Reynard is homoflexible, and Atanasij is bi-greysexual.
