Clan Directory — and notes Welcome to Clan Helianthus! Roarke holds our directory where I will put notes and FAQ about our little corner of Sornieth. «- - - - - - - - - - - - - ❖ - - - - - - - - - - - - -» About my lair This is an exalting lair and an old dragon rescue. My lair is lore + old folks home specializing in giving old dragons (5+ yrs) a new story, but over time I have become an exalting lair to help regene and cover costs for fostering old dragons. I do not exalt dragons 5+ years old, so if you see an old dragon in my incoming tab, they will be safe until they find their new home. (which may even be mine!) You can find an equal number of dragons in my lair and hibden! I typically keep breeding pairs and super favorites in my lair and often shuffle my dragons around. «- - - - - - - - - - - - - ❖ - - - - - - - - - - - - -» About dragons I buy from you If I've adopted one of your dragons, please let me know if you have any lore attached to them - big or small! I would be happy to incorporate it into my clan's lore as best as possible. I rescue and foster old dragons (5+ yrs) that were put up on the AH for fodder, or near-fodder prices. This will typically be around 10kt/g and below. Since dragons on the AH are sorted by lowest ID to highest by default, old dragons are especially at risk if they qualify for daily exalt bonuses as they will be further at the top. If you see your old dragon with an Old Oaks banner, they will be taken care of until someone comes along to give them their new forever home. You can find more information about my specific foster home here. Fodder and Exalting In order to fund these fostering efforts, I may buy dragons under 10kt to exalt. I would be happy to sell dragons at 10kt/g, 15kt/g if they're leveled, or trade for an equally-leveled dragon. Please PM me with the ID, widget, or URL of the dragon as soon as possible! «- - - - - - - - - - - - - ❖ - - - - - - - - - - - - -» About dragons you buy from me (old oaks, offspring, etc) Have an offspring from one of my pairs and don't want them anymore or are considering exalting them? I'll buy them back for 15kt/g! If they're older dragons, I'd be happy to pay 10kt/g per year of age. I know I can't control what happens to dragons once they leave my lair, but I would love to keep them in circulation. If you've adopted a dragon through Old Oaks or this lair directly and no longer want them or are considering exalting/reselling as fodder, I am happy to take them back no questions asked. Whether it's been a day, months, or even years, feel free to send me a PM and I will give you a full refund. I would much rather see them rehomed, and it is no trouble at all to foster them again! «- - - - - - - - - - - - - ❖ - - - - - - - - - - - - -» About dragons I sell On Dragon Buying Etiquette — This is a great resource if you're unsure how to approach buying a dragon outside of the AH. Only dragons in The Shore (Hibernal Den) and The Caravanserai (Hibernal Den) are for sale. Feel free to ask if you're interested in any there. Please do not ask about dragons outside of these tabs. Do not shoot your shot, I will cry. «- - - - - - - - - - - - - ❖ - - - - - - - - - - - - -» LABEL MEANINGS Labels are typically found at the bottom footer of a dragon's lore profile. Any dragons outside of the designated sale tabs without labels simply have not had them added yet. Please operate under the guidelines outlined above before making an inquiry. IF the dragon in question has a mate listed in their relationship section, this means I would be happy to breed this dragon with their mate. I have a lot of pairs I'm happy to breed, so please don't be shy to ask! IF the dragon in question has NO mate listed in their relationship section, this means I would be happy to breed this dragon with your dragon, or another one of mine that does not have a mate within my lair. I will not lend out perma dragons for studding. I love to help with breeding projects, and all hatchlings for sale are fair game. If one of my pairs is able to produce either a mate suitable for or even your project goal, please let me know! I would be happy to contact you as soon as your desired project hatches. I can nest in light (my lair), as well as plague and wind through friends I trust. This means I will not breed this dragon under any circumstances. Apologies in advance! Notable Offspring Hatchlings featured in this avatar wall either have lore, outfits, or are the only offspring unexalted from a pair. I love to showcase my pairs' offspring and check up on them! It's basically a fun little family tree for me. |
Records "Before we begin, might I introduce myself and my colleagues? They're very knowledgeable about various matters pertaining to our clan. Have a look around, will you? Oh, but do be careful — some of these books are very, very old." |
Roarke • Recordkeeper Roarke chronicles all the ins and outs of Clan Helianthus, keeping everything organized and accounted for. Well, organized in a way only he understands, unfortunately. |

╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮ L O R E ╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯ "Our story follows a coatl that walks the path between deities. Nestled in the outskirts of the Shrieking Wilds exists a much quieter place, aptly known as the Whispering Forest. Here the Protector of the Forest, the Cardinal Rue, has watched over these lands for hundreds of years. They are but one of many Cardinals, each serving their chosen deity all over the realm. They are accompanied by a Gatekeeper, typically two and no more than four. Together the Cardinals and Gatekeepers ward off any potential threat to the peace and balance of their regions." ╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮ C A R D I N A L S ╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯ ╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮ L O C A L E S ╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯ The Whispering Forest (Lair | Den) ~ Hidden on the outskirts of the Shrieking Wilds, the Whispering Forest enjoys the sun filtering through the sparse canopies and peaceful days. Its humble beginnings are a well-known one, all starting with the Cardinal Rue. Because of Rue's innate druid abilities, the area around them formed a natural barrier that warded off dangerous creatures. Over time, other dragons slowly flocked to them and took up residence nearby, beginning families of their own. As the settlement gradually grew into a village, Amanek took up traveling and left Rue in charge of protecting the dragons who now shared their home. It is here that Rue has stayed for over 500 years, teaching hatchlings how to become stewards of the Gladekeeper. The Forgotten Caves |
