C L O V E R The Witch of the Wilds

"A wolf is howling by my door It whines and cries And asks me why To my nature did I defy" Clover is one of the Monastery's more unusual residents. Having spent most of his life travelling throughout the Sornieth wilderness far from any semblance of civilization, he recently found himself wishing for a more settled life. He is of course not getting any younger, and in his older age, he enjoys his creature comforts. That being said, he carries a little bit of the wilderness with him wherever he goes. His little stone-hewn hut is constantly aglow with the bubbling of cauldrons, as all manner of potions are brewed within. Bones of little creatures decorate the walls, and ivy grows all around, as if trying to bring him back to the wilds to which he once belonged. Although suspicious at first of the strange concoctions created by the mysterious Snapper, the Monastery residents learned to value his craft, and often visit him for treatments for minor ailments. Remedies for belly aches, sore joints, insomnia, headcolds and allergies are all things Clover is delighted to provide to his newfound clanmates. Most certainly happy in his new home, he can't shake the feeling that he's being called back to his old way of life, however. Snakes, frogs and lizards all seem to make their way into his hut, owls perch atop the roof, and he is sure that he hears his name whispered by the wind at night. Sometimes, he momentarily thinks that the wild is... upset with him for leaving. He quickly chastises himself for thinking something so foolish.
