qorach comes from a line of prestigious skydancers, and is understandably proud of his heritage--and beauty. in turn, he is quite vain and irritates his generally more humble clan mates. however, he gets along famously with the resident coatls.

coming from the light flight, he is rather scholarly, but doesn't believe in the power of knowledge. he is too focused on materialistic pursuits. he is partial to anything shiny and has a penchant for collecting such objects. his clan mates like to get baraq to steal one of his pieces every once and a while to sell it for food money, which aggravates qorach to no end (thankfully, he's usually too busy admiring his visage in a puddle or wallowing in grief over treasures lost to catch or reprimand the culprit).

gomer and lilith, two of his first hatchlings in this clan, were kept in the clan. this has allowed everyone to observe what an earnest and very awkward father qorach is. though he cares for his children, he expresses it in the form of constructive criticism and general clinginess. lilith has since gone on to serve the gladekeeper, but gomer still has to put up with his father's antics. he usually ignores his father entirely, to q's absolute dismay. he persists in showering his aloof son with gifts nevertheless.
