Kasimir got abandoned by his parents shortly after he'd hatched.
His parents are proud Ice Gaolers and didn't calculate the risks of placing their eggs into the Plague nests of my lair.
They were so grossed out by Kasimir's appearance, that they decided to drop him off into the wastelands to die. And while they're still denying his excistence, little Kasimir was found by the Gaolers of my clan, who are now fostering him. Some of them might not be Plague born themselves, but have been inhabiting my lair long enough to be familiar with Plague dragons and their possible looks and traits.
Especially Rovana protects him like he was her own hatchling.
