her mother was of the black blooded line -
it would not do to be like most of the sunrot captains, charming in their wildling nature but buckling over the slightest challenge of good manners. being able to sack a city but failing to behave at a simple luncheon was embarrassing in light society. be a rogue, but be a charming one
