B I O G R A P H Y

______ Once a denizen of Rimebone Stockade, Aurorae has spent decades honing her abilities in metalworking and crafting, specializing in the use of gemstones to augment armor and weaponry. A magic user, this Fae imbues gems with powerful magics to help enhance an item's effects. Aurorae moves with an ethereal grace, floating about with very little use of her wings. Her shimmering scales are always freezing to the touch, and her eyes glitter like the inside of a glacier. Wise from her years spent in the Stockade amongst the smartest scholars in the Icefields, she retains their knowledge of Ice magics, along with other kinds of magic as well. Her monotone voice may imply a cold and chilly personality, but in fact Aurorae is very glad to have company, and is always in the mood to relay stories of her time in the Icefields while she works on her current project.

______ Aurorae values patience and hard work, and doesn't believe in cutting corners, something she often stresses to the younger blacksmiths and craftsmen of the Guild. Each movement she makes is calculated and exact, and very rarely, if ever, des she make mistakes. Aurorae is familiar with many dragons from the Icefields, and has met many Gaolers in her time at the Stockade. However, she appears uneasy around Blaidd, and often eyes him warily from her corner of the armoury. She talks with him civilly, but the air about the two is tense, as if Aurorae knows something about the old blacksmith that others do not. If she does, she doesn't say. Aurorae came to Emperor's Bane recently alongside her then-apprentice, Desideria. The Bogsneak was more interested in smelting, and hearing of a respectable blacksmith in the Plague territory, the two traveled from the Icefields together. Despite not being her current master, Aurorae still cares for Desideria deeply, looking after her like a grandmother, and the two often spend their leisure time together.
