B I O G R A P H Y

______ As one of the blacksmiths within Emperor's Bane, Lesque works to create weapons and armor for the Field Division's warriors. Hailing from Terraclae, they're used to the hustle and bustle of large cities, which has caused him to develop intense workaholic tendencies. Lesque is anxious and jittery, never able to relax. He's used to be told what to do, and forced to work to meet impossible deadlines, and still hasn't fully grasped the more lenient and flexible environment of the Emperor's Bane armoury. Always overthinking, anything Lesque makes is never good enough, and they constantly waste time redoing or recrafting even the simplest of pieces on the terms that it "wouldn't cut it". He isn't used to others appreciating him or their work, and is extremely subservient and professional, wanting to cause as little ripples as possible.

______ Once employed at a small smithy shop in Terraclae, Lesque was worked to the bone alongside other underpaid employees in order to keep up with competition from larger, more prosperous establishments. When the shop was eventually forced to close, Lesque was left with nowhere to go. Her search for work brought them to Emperor's Bane, where they now reside. Lesque has been conditioned into a nervous workhorse, eternally afraid of imminent crunch time, and gets very bent out of shape when there's no current projects to be worked on. They don't speak much unless it's questions concerning work that needs to be done, and they're very self conscious of their stutter, which is much more noticeable when he's nervous (ie: all the time). He tries to stay out of the way, and can usually be spotted working in the back of the armoury. However, Desideria has taken a certain liking to them, and has been working at getting the Pearlcatcher to appreciate their downtimes. Lesque is easily flustered about her ... but Desideria doesn't appear to notice.
