The eldest member of Emperor's Bane, Blaidd is also one of the most respected. Gruff, stoic, and never seen without his furry brows furrowed, he's extremely dedicated to his work as the master blacksmith, never appearing outside of his workshop. The weaponry and armor he crafts is beyond the skill of any other dragon in the region, his techniques a closely guarded secret only known to himself and his apprentices. Blaidd isn't much for conversation, and hates to be interrupted while working. However, despite his rugged personality, he's never once lashed out in anger, even when his patience has been worn thin. He separates himself from the rest of the Guild with discipline, only ever interacting with the other Divisions if required to for an armor commission. When asked, he says that he has no comment on the Guild's goals and methods of achieving them. He spends nearly all of his time hammering away at his station in silence - Blaidd prefers solitude, and only appears to tolerate his coworkers ... or so it seems.

Rumors still circulate in the Guild regarding its mysterious blacksmith's history. Gaolers still aren't often seen outside of The Fortress of Ends, let alone taking up refuge in the Scarred Wasteland of all places. Blaidd is well intent on keeping his secrets - and his shames - to himself. Blaidd was born in Plaguebringer's territory, into a clan of dragons bent on bloodshed and destruction. Blaidd was raised with their ways, following the orders of his Queen, until one day he couldn't bear it anymore. With support from his father, Blaidd managed to escape Zatrata to find a better life. Wanting a fresh start, he joined Vultur in the early days of the Guild, believing in her cause as something just. Unfortunately, as the years wore on, Blaidd watched Vultur slowly lose herself in hatred and thirst for vengeance, and all too familiar story. But, having nowhere else to go, he stays at the Guild, separating himself from its awful deeds by remaining in the armory. His secrecy and jaded behavior draws suspicion and judgement from Aurorae, the jeweler, who is particularly wary of him, and keeps a close eye on her former apprentice, Desideria, who Blaidd agreed to take under his wing. Blaidd appears immune to the young Bogsneak's infectious excitement, and remains stone-faced regardless of how many smiles she shoots his way. Her constant chatter can sometimes give him a headache, but he remains civil towards her.

Vultur's loyal and trusted scout, always perched atop her shoulder. She turns a blind eye to his immoral doings as long as the Guild prospers.

Vultur's protégé and personal attendant. Taken in as a hatchling, the stunted Imperial does any and all things the Mirror commands.

FAMILIAR__________________________________________
Blaidd's familiar is a monster-sized, elderly capricat named Kotek. The large feline can hardly see due to its age, but that doesn't stop it from wandering all over the armory. Kotek spends the majority of days and nights sleeping soundly in whatever corner of the armory she decided to flop down onto. Due to her age and innate cat-ness, this sometimes includes other craftsmen's workstations, much to the exasperation of the smaller workers of the armory. Kotek has apparently been with Blaidd since his childhood - its unknown how the beast has lived this long, as Blaidd himself is the oldest dragon in the Guild.
