Biography

JedwnPq.png

There's a cliche you may be familiar with, a saying from the old world. "The definition of 'insanity' is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." It was an untraceable misquote, even before most books were lost. It's a good thing the saying is nonsense, because if it were to be true, it would certainly apply to Malkuth.

It's two times now that she's died for the greater good, and she would cherish doing so a third, if you let her. Some may think it foolish, but that doesn't matter to her. She'll fall, and rise, and fall again, smiling all the while. Some may call it naivety, but after all the suffering she's faced, she surely can't be blind to it. Keeping her hope and her will could only be a deliberate choice, and a hard-fought one at that.

She'll use those mistakes she's made. She'll hold onto everything she's learnt from them. They're a cherished part of her, too. She would never choose to part with them, because they're her compass. All her pain, all her missteps, she embraces them wholeheartedly. Malkuth bends, but never breaks.

Perhaps it's not so surprising that she dreams of being an architect. She has always been trying to create something. She watches over the Floor of History, and yet she'll never stop trying to build the future.
