DAY 1: need ibuprofen. Going off to get some
DAY 2: no ibuprofen >:( goofy dragon fell on me
DAY 3: Offered pastries instead of ibuprofen. What's wrong with kids these days?!
DAY 4: frick frack paddy wack give the dog a diddly darn bone wheeeere in this cruel world is the ibuprofen?? got escorted by some snot-nosed hatchlings to a tea shop instead of the apothecary where i nearly wasted what i have left of this miserable aching existence listening to some old furball tell his entire life story. if my entire body wasn't disintegrating i would've ripped that dumb smile off his face gahhhhHHHAUGHH
DAY 5: couldn't find ibufprofen but was offered some other treatments for back pain. they helped for now i guess. fell in love with applefuzz, she was pretty cool. we had three beautiful children. well now it's time to look for some more ibuprofen
DAY 6: I found ibuprofen with a crazy dragon dressed as a jester, but the quantity was so small that it didn't really do much D: Time to look elsewhere for ibuprofen
DAY 17: back in the Scarred Wasteland. was offered ibuprofen by a blind Snapper who couldn't read the label. the local veilspun asked to try to crack my back as a form of torture treatment.
DAY 18: got some weird arcane healing ritual done on me. didn't do nothing. oh, wait, I take that back. everything's pink now. that's what it did
DAY 20: the weird healing ritual has worn off and i'm still in pain. or at least, it's mostly worn off i think, i still see some pink swirls from time to time. but apparently this new place doesn't even have a pharmacy?? what kind of backwards place is this? the 'healer' said something about how fresh air and optimism would help, but that's so stupid. going to go somewhere that actually has a proper medicine shop.
Day 25: The pink swirls are gone, I think. It is hot, and sweaty, and my back just hurts more. Probably one of the top 10 worst days of my life. I think the pain is moving to my behind. Ow. Sand feels bad in my shoes, but luckily I never had any in the first place. I found a shop in a busy city. Many people were in the way, so I pushed them. The sign said, "the last stop." Hopefully. I can finally get some good medicine here.

I go to the counter, and ask for some ibuprofen.
"Sir... This is a crematorium."
"What's a crematorium? Is that medicine?"
There was no medicine at the Last Stop.

Day ??: my pain has made me loose count of the days. has it been 1 day? has it been 1000? Who knows (taps nose with claw). I have however been offered this strange, violet cauliflower, eating it is supposed to reduce my pain AND bring back my sense of time. I don't know about the pain but I do know it has't been a thousand days...
