- born to aberration parents, so severely mutated that she's a different breed entirely
- full throttle something wrong with her. like worse than the virulent normal
- ran the seediest circus in bilgeharbor which is an accomplishment
- it was popular with the fire legionaires, pirates off the Sea, plague warbands come in for supplies. light soldiers would be scourged if caught there
oh yes she had the expected acts to entertain the crowd, singers and dancers and contortionists, but she was the star.

- bilgeharbor was historically a pirate den, fought over by the plaguebringer, shadowbinder, and tidelord the whole of dragonkind's existence
- with two of those being dead, well it's a plague town now. but the historical precedence of it being a wretched hive resistant to control still stands
- other less successful bar, troupe, and other such owners banded together, tried to pressure her to stop, then demanded protection money, then burned her circus down
- she fled north under pursuit, only her knowledge from a childhood in the contagion bog giving her an edge to escape
- magna romina LOVES her
- being the same brand of dragon as whatever she was doing in the annex
