Biography
Gem takes in the sick, the injured, and the stressed. She always has a cup of tea and a hug ready, and both are given freely if asked. Don't let her gentle demeanor fool you, however. Her deft control over her clerical abilities grants her more than just healing capabilities; Gem has been known to put even Onick in an infirmary bed on more than one occasion. He gives her the deep respect she deserves, and she, in turn, takes good care of the new recruits that he sometimes sends to her medical wing. Rumors of a romance brewing between the two are quickly squashed; they both claim to be too busy for such lovey-dovey mush.
The rabbit's name is Nibble. He is to Gem as Sirocco's dove Whisper is to him: A messenger. Nibble is no ordinary rabbit -he is capable of appearing in multiple locations all at once, and can teleport via a 'rabbit worm hole' of sorts created by stomping his back feet. He loves chamomile tea and the occasional sprig of fresh blueberries, and doesn't ever stray far from the snugly warmth of Gem's coat collar.
If you need a hug, Gem is my way of sending you one. The reason doesn't matter, just know that there is always a shoulder, somewhere, that's there for you, even it belongs to a stranger willing to loan theirs for a moment.
