kurama is no stranger to death.

it embraces him like a hug, like a fog of warmth. the heat grows and grows until it swallows him whole, taking over her very being - until there's nothing left.

death is kind.

death is like a mother, greeting what life birthed with open arms. welcoming. supportive. loving. death wipes his tears and picks kit up. it says "you did so good." and he can rest easy knowing he has. there is no place for fear in the afterlife.

death means new beginnings.

time after time, he dies and lives again. and yet, she remains uncalloused. each rebirth is a new journey. it's a time to try again, and do better. to stand taller and speak clearer. to chase the dreams he thought he'd never reach. to explore, to learn, to love.

death is an endless cycle.

and kit is no stranger to it's warm embrace.
