The fiery child birthed from the deity of fire and the mother of embers, Hyania had burst forth from the nest of Elferno and Fyrgale as their only daughter. She had been born shortly before the Fall of Deities that had sent Ryne into turmoil and chaos for several hundred years. Because the Sealers had been more concerned with the deities themselves, Hyania had been taken into hiding with her mother as Elferno had called upon their home volcano to erupt and protect their home.

Hyania grew up with Fyrgale and had only been told great stories about her father and how he had been a valiant being that presided over fire. Fyrgale had told Hyania on multiple occasions, however, that just because her father was a powerful god, did not mean that she was also blessed with that great power. However, that did not stop outside sources from treating Hyania with the utmost respect that they had for her father.

With the teachings that were bestowed and shared upon her, Hyania had become strong and serviced as one of the many protectors of the Temple of Valour, though only on certain occasions. After growing up with the Mala Fey, Hyania had become more attached to them, and had decided that her life was better suited to that region of Arcis.

Over her time with the Mala and protecting the lands where her father and mother once presided, Hyania had soon become a highly revered guardian and protector of her father's legacy and honour. She is one of the few next generation gods that has full command over the fire elements, and even commands both respect and the loyalty of the Malan Fey within the Kingdom of Bonial.
